- Contact Elaine for will discussion
- Clauses calculation, Elaine will provide the quotation
- Accept the services under Rockwills
- Provide the info and documets as stated below:
- IC front & back
- Details of person related (beneficiary, guardian, executive etc) : Name, IC, address, Tel, relationship
- Specifical property (Account number, location)
- Deposit : RM480
- Rockwills will draft, can be checked via Email
- Ensure that the content is correct, or changes are needed in some part
- Change content by replying Email or F2F appointment for details discussion
- After confirming the content, Owner to pay the balance
- A original copy will be printed by Rockwills
- Signature of owner and two witnesses are needed at the same time
- Rockwills will be safekeeping of the written will

Will Writing Fees under Rockwills Malaysia are as below (latest update：1st April 2021).

| Comprehensive Will III | 22 – 24 | RM 1,300 |
| Exclusive Will I | 25 – 27 | RM 1,600 |
| Exclusive Will II | 28 – 30 | RM 1,900 |
| Exclusive Will III | Above 30 | RM 2,200 – RM 25,000 |
Rockwills lifetime custody costs: RM1,188 (Included a RM25,000 accidental death benefit, and may also enjoy a rewriting discount)
